The following are a sampling of the HR projects I’ve completed over the last decade. Project management, program management, and change management were all critical aspects of successfully integrating these projects into the employee experience at each organization.
Onboarding
I designed and delivered a 90-day onboarding program for two of my direct reports (Product Trainers), which included learning objectives, schedules, and facilitated training sessions.

Both Product Trainers successfully facilitated software training, a core responsibility of their job, within their first 90 days.
Built an onboarding program framework that was used for other teams, including account management and customer service.
Career Development
I built a company-wide career development program, the first of its kind at the organization. The program included an intranet site, conversation guide, self-discovery workbook, personal development plan, and goal setting framework.

1,200+ employees were equipped with a comprehensive toolkit to support their career development.
Created a differentiator for the organization, a place for people to grow their careers, which they still use in their branding materials.
Competency Models
I was the project manager for the design and integration of the company-wide competency model framework. I built the framework from the ground up, incorporating industry and organizational best practices.

Within three months of the start of the project, 250 people in the sales organization were equipped with competency models.
In year two of the project, 41% of the organization had competency models integrated.
Train-the-Trainer
I designed and delivered a Train-the-Trainer program for account managers who would be delivering in-person and virtual customer training.

Results:
Expanded the organization’s training capacity quickly and effectively, adding five new account managers to the training roster.
Built a Train-the-Trainer framework that was leveraged after my tenure to continue onboarding new internal trainers.
Learning Circles
I developed a company-wide in-person and virtual training program that leveraged peer-to-peer learning and a cohort-based structure. Content focused on the company’s core values to help build an active and intentional culture.

Results:
Designed and facilitated the company’s first collaborative DEI learning program.
Delivered the program to an average of 40 participants every quarter, with a waiting list of previous participants eager to rejoin the program.
Talent Review
I partnered with HR leadership, including the Chief People Officer, to develop our bi-annual Talent Review program. I designed and delivered training for leaders, including facilitated and on-demand courses. I wrote email templates to prepare and guide leaders through the process. I participated in calibration conversations with leaders to assess performance ratings, merit increases, and succession plans.

I managed learning and development initiatives for a company-wide intranet rollout. I developed KPIs, a readiness roadmap, and a training plan to help ensure that the new intranet would be successful and integrated into the employee experience.
